Here we would like to explain and inform you about how we work, our attitude to any problems that might appear and how to solve them.
It is important to underline and make the customer aware that within the languageuse in most cases there are different possibilities to correct use of words and expresions in a specific sentence, and in case of dissatisfaction of the customer in relation to selected words and descriptions, this doesn't necessarily mean incorrect use of terminology or incorrect translation from the translator.
The correct use of words is as a basis, subject to the prevailing theme that is being worked on and that means a question of choosing, in some cases, the "most correct" word or words.
If the customer believes that there is, within the theme or the subjects/areas in question, a different or more used name,expression, word etc, this will be corrected by the translator as part of the conclusion of the entire project and must not be perceived as an error but rather as a choice of words from both sides, whereby the customer obtains the personal satisfaction of the finished product.
The end product is always reviewed several times and corrected where it is needed and not only by the translator itself. If it is necessary and desired by the customer to make changes in the recieved final product it will be seens as if the work is not completed yet and further work will be done until the customer is completely satisfied.
